Referral Guidelines
To ensure a smooth referral process, we ask that referring professionals simply provide:

A brief description of the issue which requires potential surgical intervention
Accompanied by the relevant x-rays where applicable
Submit a Referral
Referring professionals can easily submit referrals using our referral Form. Simply fill in the patient’s details and email with any relevant documentation, our team will then take care of the rest.

If you prefer to submit a referral manually, you can download our referral form, complete it, and send it to our rooms via email or upload it directly through Mediref.
